Orlando Pirates had the better of Cape Town City beating them 2-0 in a DStv Premiership tie at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Tuesday evening.
Red hot Pirates striker Zakhele Lepasa turned before sending a great shot past Citizens goalkeeper Darren Keet to give the Buccaneers a 1-0 lead in the ninth minute.
Patrick Maswanganyi, who joined the Soweto giants from SuperSport United, increased the Buccaners’ lead in the 74th minute.
