AmaZulu have marched to the last-16 of the Nedbank Cup after they beat Royal AM 1-0 at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Thursday evening.
Following a goalless first half, Hendrick Ekstein scored in the 85th minute to make sure that Usuthu moved to the second round of the competition.
Second half substitute Ekstein, formerly with Kaizer Chiefs, had only been on the field for 15 minutes after he had replaced Tshepang Moremi in the 70th minute.
