TS Galaxy have advanced to the last-16 of the Nedbank Cup after they beat Lamontville Golden Arrows 2-1 at the Mpumalanga Stadium in Hammersdale on Friday evening.
The Rockets shot to the lead through Lehlohonolo Mojela’s goal in the 11th minute. But the Rockets’ joy was short lived as Kganyane Letsoenyo netted an own goal six minutes later to make the score 1-1.
Mpho Mvelase, formerly with Marumo Gallants and Chippa United, scored in the 67th minute to take the Rockets to the second round of thw competition.
