Mamelodi Sundowns have returned to the top of the Betway Premiership standings after they whipped Magesi FC 3-0 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville west of Pretoria on Sunday afternoon.
The Brazilians led 1-0 at interval through Kutlwano Letlhaku’s goal following an assist from Thapelo Morena in the 22nd minute.
Sundowns increased their lead when their star striker Iqraam Rayners netted in the 66th minute after yet another Morena assist. Seven minutes later, Rayners completed his brace as he made it 3-0 after he was fed by Aubrey Modiba.
