Orbit College are going to welcome TS Galaxy, runner-up two seasons ago, and other newcomers Durban City are up against Polokwane City.
Richards Bay FC, who were semi-finalists in the last two editions of the competition, will face Chippa United and Lamontville Golden Arrows will be home to Sekhukhune United.
The first round of the competition will start on Saturday, 4 October, and the venues will be confirmed later.
