Orlando Pirates moved to fourth position in the Betway Premiership table following a 1-0 win over Siwelele FC at the Free State Stadium in Mangaung on Tuesday evening.
After a goalless first half, Oswin Appollis, who replaced Thalente Mbatha before the beginning of the second stanza, scored the Buccaneers’ winning goal from an Evidence Makgopa assist in the 80th minute.
Appollis, who joined the Soweto side from Polokwane City before the beginning of the season, has scored twice in two successive matches.
