The Premier Soccer League (PSL) confirmed the dates, venues and kick-off times of the Carling Black Label Knockout first round matches on Friday morning.
The competition kicks off with Premiership newcomers, Durban City, welcoming Limpopo side Polokwane City at the Chatsworth Stadium in Durban at 19h00 on Friday next week.
And four matches are scheduled to be played on Saturday, 4 October, with Orlando Pirates facing Siwelele FC at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto at 15h00.
Another match, which will start at 15h00, will be between Orbit College and TS Galaxy set for the Olympia Park Stadium in Rustenburg while Lamontville Golden Arrows face Sekhukhune United at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, at 18h00.
The last match of the day will see Mamelodi Sundowns welcoming Marumo Gallants at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville west of Pretoria at 20h00.
Rhree matches are going to be played at different venues in Cape Town, Richards Bay and Durban on Sunday, 5 October.
Stellenbosch FC will engage Kaizer Chiefs at the Cape Town Stadium and Richards Bay FC clash with Chippa United at the Umhlathuze Sports Complex. Both matches are set to start at 15h00.
The first round will conclude with a clash between AmaZulu and defending champions Magesi FC at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban at 18h00.
