After almost a month of dilly-dallying, Kaizer Chiefs announced on Friday that they had come to an agreement with their coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The Tunisian has agreed to leave Amakhosi following his suspension last month. Nabi left Amakhosi having joined them before the beginning of last season and won the Nedbank Cup.
“Kaizer Chiefs FC and head coach Nasreddine Nabi hereby confirm that, following constructive engagements, they have mutually agreed to conclude their professional relationship on an amicable basis,” a joint statement said.
Amakhosi have since appointed Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze to lead their technical team for the remainder of the 2025/26 season.
