Rita Mrwebi is the new Gauteng female cruiserweight champion after she defeated Kholosa Ndobayini from Qumbu at the Eyethu Heritage Hall in Mofolo Central, Soweto, early on Saturday morning.
After 10 rounds of action, Mthatha-born Mrwebi, a former South African female welterweight champion, was declared a winner via a unanimous decision.
