South African female athlete Wenda Nel has qualified for the semi-finals of the 400-metre hurdles.
This follows after Worcester-born Nel finished third in her heat in 56,06 seconds early on Saturday morning.
The 33-year-old COVID-19 survivor will hope to go through to the final when she takes part in the semi-finals on Monday.
