Lamontville Golden Arrows and Mamelodi Sundowns drew 1-1 in the first leg of the MTN8 semi-finals at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Clermont, Durban, on Saturday afternoon.
Sikhanyiso Dlamini netted for Abafana Bes’thende in the sixth minute with Pavol Safranka equalising for the Brazilians in the 85th minute.
The two sides are going to meet again in the second leg in Pretoria in a month’s time.
