Banyana Banyana are going to play against Zambia in the final of the 2022 COSAFA Women’s Championship in Gqeberha on Sunday.
This comes after Banyana defeated their neighbours Namibia 1-0 in a semi-final match played at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium in KwaZakhele, Gqeberha, on Friday.
Hot Banyana goalpoacher Lithemba Sam-Sam scored the only goal of the match in the second half.
Meanwhile, the Zambians reached the final following a 2-1 win over Tanzania in an earlier semi-final clash at the same KwaZakhele venue.
