Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos expects Botswana to offer some resistance during their match on Tuesday evening.

This international friendly match between the two national teams is going to be played at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, starting at 18h00.

Bafana go to this match following a comprehensive 4-0 win over Sierra Leone at the same Nasrec venue this past Saturday.

“We play with another team. That was the plan before this camp. The game will be more difficult than the one on Saturday. We have analysed the opponent. This is our conclusion, it won’t be easy,” Broos said.

The Belgian, who is a former Cameroon national team coach, did reveal that his plan is to carry on with the squad he has, maybe with some very few changes going forward.

“The plan is after those two games we can go on with this group. Maybe I will change two, three, four players and that depends on injury, not in shape. I’d like to go on with this group. Therefore, it is important also to have two victories,” he said.

Looking back at the match against the Leone Stars, Broos said: “I was very pleased, satisfied about the game on Saturday. We played a good game, we scored four goals. We had three, four opportunities to score more. It was for us a very good game. I was very satisfied. But you know being good is easy, staying good is more difficult.”
