Defending Nedbank Cup champions Mamelodi Sundowns will kick off this season’s competition with a home clash against Richards Bay FC next month.

The Brazilians are going to host the Natal Rich Boyz at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria at 19h30 on Tuesday, 7 February.

Marumo Gallants will face Motsepe Foundation Championship side Magesi FC at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Phokeng, Rustenburg, on the same evening.

A day later, SuperSport United face amateur side Dondol Stars at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville at 19h30 with Sekhukhune United welcoming Liver Brothers at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
