Pitso Mosimane has described Entente Sportive de Setif as strong opponents despite his team Al Ahly thrashing the Algerians 4-0 in a CAF Champions League semi-final first leg match at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, Egypt, on Saturday evening.

Former Mamelodi Sundowns star Percy Tau had a brilliant game, scoring a brace and making two assists. The other two goals were scored by Taher Mohamed Taher and Mohamed Sherif.

“We faced a strong opponent. And there is a comeback match in Algeria. We are happy that Mohamed Sherif is back,” Mosimane said.

The 57-year-old former Sundowns and SuperSport United mentor is chasing his third straight CAF Champions League final having won the last two editions.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils and Setif are due to meet in the second leg in Algiers, Algeria, next weekend.
