The disciplinary committee of the Premier Soccer League (PSL) found Soweto side Swallows FC guilty on two counts on Thursday.
The Dube Birds faced were found guilty of delaying kick off by three minutes and amending their team sheet without consulting their opponents Cape Town City at the Dobsonville Stadium in Tuesday last week.
The Birds were fined R50 000, R40 000 of which was suspended for a year provided they are not found guilty of the same offence in the same period. They were ordered to pay R10 000 and the costs of the sitting of the DC.
