German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have confirned that their star player Sadio Mané suffered an injury to his right fibula during Tuesday’s 6-1 win over Werder Bremen.
The Africa Cup of Nations-winning Senegalese star will miss the German champions’ away match against Schalke 04 this coming Saturday.
The Germans also announced that further examinations will follow in the coming days as they are in contact with the medical staff of the Senegalese Football Association.
