The Springboks bounced back from two losses and dominated before they annihilated Italy 63-21 in a Test match played in Genoa on Saturday afternoon. 

The Boks, who led 18-13 at half-time, ran in nine tries with Kurt-Lee Arendse crossing the try line two times. Other tries came from Bongi Mbonambi, Cheslin Kolbe, Kwagga Smith, Malcolm Marx, Steven Kitshoff, Damian Willemse and Cobus Reinach. 

Kolbe succeeded with one conversion while Manie Libbok converted five times. Kolbe also succeeded with two penalties. 

On the other hand, the Azzurri’s two tries came from Ange Capuozzo and Lorenzo Cannone while Tommaso Allan succeeded with one conversion and three penalties. 

This was the Boks’ first win in three matches they have played in their tour of Europe. They lost to Ireland and France in their first two matches.
