Chippa United registered their second win of the season after they came from behind to beat Richards Bay FC 2-1 in a DStv Premiership match at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Tuesday evening.

The Natal Rich Boyz scored first through Sanele Barns in the 28th minute. Four minutes later, Elmo Kambindu levellled matters giving the Chilli Boys some hope of returning home with maximum points.

Kambindu completed his brace 11 minutes before full-time giving the Gqeberha-based side their second victory of the season. Interestingly, the Chilli Boys’ two wins came from away games.

Meanwhile, Cape Town Spurs’ problems continued as they lost their sixth straight match after they were beaten 2-1 by Lamontville Golden Arrows at the Athlone Stadium.

Lungelo Nguse scored a second half brace after the Urban Warriors had led 1-0 at interval through Ashley Cupido’s goal.

On the other hand, goals by Ntsako Makhubela and Tshegofatso Mabasa gave Moroka Swallows a 2-0 win over Stellenbosch FC at the Danie Craven Stadium in the Cape Winelands.
