Orlando Pirates were held to a 1-1 draw by Polokwane City in a DStv Premiership match at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Friday evening.
Patrick Maswanganyi, formerly with SuperSport United, gave the Buccaneers the lead six minutes before the half-time break.
Pirates’ lead was cancelled when the visitors equalised through Given Mashikinya in the 72nd minute.
The Buccaneers occupy 12th spot on the Premiership standings with nine points from seven matches while Rise and Shine are fourth with 15 points from 10 games.
