The Super Eagles emerged victorious from the match courtesy of a brace by Ademola Lookman. He netted his first goal nine minutes before the half-time break and then completed his brace in the 90th minute.
Meanwhile, the Angolans beat their Southern African neighbours Namibia 3-0 in an earlier match.
