The Premier Soccer League (PSL) announced the postponement of the DStv Premiership fixture between TS Galaxy FC and Mamelodi Sundowns, which was scheduled to be played at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit at 19h30 on Wednesday.
The decision was made after extraordinary circumstances following an accident involving a Rockets team bus and another motor vehicle while on the way to Nelspruit on Tuesday afternoon.
“The PSL extends its understanding and support to TS Galaxy FC during this challenging period. We acknowledge the impact of this decision on all stakeholders and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused,” a PSL statement said.
The PSL statement further added that details regarding the rescheduled fixture will be communicated in due course.
