A free scoring Orlando Pirates continued with their impressive form as they humiliated Lamontville Golden Arrows 5-0 in a Betway Premiership encounter at the Orlando Amstel Arena in Soweto on Tuesday evening.
A 16th minute by in-form Relebohile Mofokeng have the Buccaneers the lead. And Oswin Appollis added the second goal in the 30 minute.
Six minutes later, the Buccaneers stretched their lead through Ayabulela Maxwele’s own goal following an attempt by Masindi Confidence Nemtajela. After some individual brilliance, Mofokeng completed his brace in the 61st minute for his 10th goal of the season.
Appollis scored his second goal of the match as he made it 5-0 in referee’s added time as the Buccaneers have now scored 11 goals without conceding in their last two matches.
