Banyana Banyana beat their Algeria counterparts 1-0 in the first international friendly match, which was played at the Princess Magogo Stadium in KwaMashu, Durban, on Tuesday afternoon.
Banyana won the match courtesy of the only goal, which was scored in the 36th by Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies striker Nthabiseng Majiya.
The two teams are going to meet again in the second international friendly match scheduled for the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Friday afternoon.
