TS Galaxy begin life after Dan Malesela’s sacking as they face Baroka FC in a DStv Premiership clash at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on Tuesday (17h00).
The Rockets, who fired Malesela following a six-match winless run, are desperate for points and they want to add to their one win this season.
And Rockets defender Bevan Fransman has called on his teammates to adopt the right mindset going forward as they look to impress in their first season in the Premier Division.
‘‘The most important thing is to have the right mindset going into our games. Everyone can play but the application of the mind is as important. That is going to be important for us going forward. We will
turn the corner starting with Baroka and get a positive result and build from that,’’ Fransman, who once played for Highlands Park, Maritzburg United, Bloemfontein Celtic, SuperSport, Moroka Swallows and Kaizer Chiefs, said on the Rockets website.
The Rockets, who are 12th on the DStv Premiership standings, lost their last three matches to Stellenbosch FC, Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City. These are the losses, which led to Malesela being shown the door in December.
The 37-year-old Fransman will have to rally his teammates in an effort to make sure they arrest the slide.
Meanwhile, this is going to be caretaker coach Zipho Dlangalala’s first match in charge of the Rockets.
