AmaZulu coach Benni McCarthy means business and the composition of his technical staff bears testimony to that.
McCarthy, who was appointed as Usuthu head coach in December following the quitting of Ayanda Dlamini, made it clear from the first few days of his arrival at the Durban club that he was going to have South African football legends in his technical team.
True to his word, McCarthy appointed his former national Under-23 and Bafana Bafana teammate Siyabonga Nomvethe as his assistant.
He then confirmed Moeneeb Josephs as another addition to his technical stuff and now Vasili Manousakis has completed McCarthy’s technical team.
The teaming up of McCarthy and Manousakis at Usuthu is the continuation of their relationship, which started at Cape Town City.
