AmaZulu coach Benni McCarthy is grateful to have led Usuthu to DStv Premiership Q-Innovation quarter three winners. 
The Durban club won quarter three after registering 20 points from six wins and two draws. 
“I’m really excited, we are happy to receive this award. It’s been hard work from everyone and we are fully grateful for this. I would like to thank the players for their hard work, dedication, sacrifice, the winning mentality they showed,” McCarthy said. 
“I’m really grateful for them that we are able to win this Q-3. All the hard work is paying off, eventually. The technical team, the coaches, thank you for pushing each other, pushing the players to do more.” 
The former Cape Town City coach also thanked the Usuthu hierarchy for making it possible for him to assemble a competitive team. 
Usuthu are second on the Premiership standings with 50 points from 26 matches with four games before the end of the season.
