Inactive former world champion Tsiko ‘Cruel Junior’ Mulovhedzi is itching for action almost two years since he last fought.
Mulovhedzi, who joined Joyce Kungwane’s TLB Boxing Promotions on Wednesday, has revealed that he might soon be back in the ring.
“I want to fight, even if it’s six or eight rounds,” the former International Boxing organisation (IBO) welterweight champion said.
Mulovhedzi from Vhembe in Limpopo once held the South African and International Boxing Federation (IBF) Intercontinental welterweight titles. He’s looking at resurrecting his career.
“I’m happy to have found new promoters. I’m going to fight again in July. My promoters are still looking for an opponent. They are all scared of me here in South Africa,” Mulovhedzi said.
