Tokyo Olympics-bound South African match official Victor Gomes is going to referee the CAF Champions League semi-final tie between Tunisian side Esperance and Egyptian giants Al Ahly. 
The first leg match is going to be played at the Rades Stadium in Tunis, Tunisia, on Saturday, 19 June. 
Gomes’ South African compatriot and assistant referee Zakhele Siwela is going to run the line during the Esperance-Al Ahly encounter.
Both South African match officials will be on duty as video assistant referees when Moroccan side Raja Casablanca clash against Pyramids from Egypt at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca on Sunday, 27 June.
