Chippa United won their second match of the season when they  beat Baroka FC 1-0 on a DStv Premiership encounter at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Saturday evening.

Botswana international Mogakolodi Ngele scored the Chilli Boys’ all-important goal in the 75th minute. This was the Chilli Boys’ first win in three months.

The win is brilliant start for Chilli Boys caretaker coach Kurt Lentjies, who was given the difficult job after the suspension of Gavin Hunt earlier in the week.

The Chilli Boys’ first win was a 1-0 away victory over Sekhukhune United at the Makhulong Stadium in Tembisa on the opening day of the season in August.
