The Super Eagles of Nigeria eased to a 2-0 win over Guinea-Bissau in an Africa Cup of Nations Group D match at the Roumde Adjia Stadium in Garoua, Cameroon, on Wednesday evening.

After a goalless first half, the Super Eagles scored twice through Umar Sadiq in the 56th minute and William Troost-Ekong 20 minutes later. 

The Nigerians went into the game having already qualified for the AFCON last-16 after wins over Egypt (1-0) and Sudan (3-1).

Egypt 1 Sudan 0
