Kaizer Chiefs announced the signing of Congolese striker Christian Saile Basomboli on Thursday afternoon.
Amakhosi bought the 22-year-old left-footed forward, who was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, from Zambian Super League side Nchanga Rangers.
Basomboli has signed a three-and-a-half contract with the trophy-hungry Soweto side. He is expected to join his new teammates when he starts to train with them next week.
