The Chilli Boys levelled matters after Nigerian-born forward Etiosa Ighodaro jumped high to beat Babina Noko goalminder Badra Sangare in the 17th minute.
The visitors silenced the home crowd when they restored their lead through Chibuike Ohizu two minutes before the half-time break.
