Bafana Bafana defeated the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) 1-0 in an international friendly match at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Tuesday evening.
After they were held to a goalless draw by Namibia last Saturday, Bafana finally came good as in-form Burnley FC forward Lyle Foster netted the only goal of the match in the 25th minute.
Meanwhile, Bafana have not lost a match under their coach Hugo Broos since they were defeated by Morocco’s Atlas Lions in Rabat in June last year.
