Just a few hours after they fired their head coach Shaun Bartlett on Monday, Cape Town Spurs appointed Vasili Manousakis as assistant coach to the club’s temporary head coach Sean Connor.
Manousakis last coached at Richards Bay FC and got the boot when results were not forthcoming midway through last season.
The Urban Warriors are struggling as they are pointless after seven matches and are rock bottom on the DStv Premiership standings.
