Centuries by Rassie van der Dussen and Quinton de Kock steered the Proteas to a 190 runs win over New Zealand in a 2023 Cricket World Cup match in Pune, India, on Wednesday. 

Van der Dussen knocked 133 off 118 balls and De Kock hit 114 runs after he faced 116 deliveries as the Proteas posted 357 for four in 50 overs. 

Chasing a target of 358 to win, the Kiwis were bowled out for 167 with Proteas’ bowlers Keshav Maharaj and Marco Jansen the chief destroyers. Maharaj claimed four wickets for 46 and Jansen took three and leaked 31 runs.
