Mamelodi Sundowns have finally found a venue to host their CAF Champions League match against TP Mazembe from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) this coming Saturday.

This encounter is now scheduled to be played at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville, west of Pretoria, at 15h00.

Originally, this match was scheduled for Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. However, it had to be switched to FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, because Loftus is going to be used by the Blue Bulls for a rugby match.

Stadium Management South Africa (SMSA) announced on Wednesday that Sundowns can’t host the Congolese at FNB Stadium because of Kaizer Chiefs’ heavy schedule at the venue – three matches in less than 10 days.
