Kaizer Chiefs’ winning streak continued as they hammered relegation-threatened Magesi FC 4-1 in a Betway Premiership match at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Wednesday evening.
Chiefs took the lead when Flavio da Silva netted in the 33rd minute. Four minutes later, Amakhosi increased their through Wandile Duba’s goal.
Amakhosi were not done yet as they added a third goal with Mduduzi Shabalala in the 62nd minute. Seven minutes later, Mofokeng Diteboho scored Magesi’s consolation goal.
Khanyisa Mayo, who had replaced Da Silva, condemned Magesi further as he netted Amakhosi’s fourth seven minutes before full-time.
