It was a day of firsts as AmaZulu coach Romain ‘Fohloza’ Folz finally won a match since he started coaching in South Africa at the beginning of the season.
Folz led Usuthu to a 1-0 win over Stellenbosch FC in a DStv Premiership encounter at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi, Durban, on Sunday afternoon.
Zambian Rally Bwalya netted for Usuthu in the 29th minute. Bwalya scored for the first time since he joined AmaZulu from Tanzanian side Simba SC.
Usuthu will now shift their focus to next Saturday’s MTN8 final against Orlando Pirates at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
