Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns humiliated Orlando Pirates 4-1 in a Nedbank Cup quarter-final match at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria on Thursday evening.
Peter Shalulile, Themba Zwane, Lesedi Kapinga and Hlompho Kekana scored for Sundowns while Tshegofatso Mabasa netted for the Buccaneers.
As a result of the win, the Brazilians have set up a semi-final clash with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila at home on Sunday.
The other Nedbank Cup semi-final is between GladAfrica Championship side Pretoria Callies and Chippa United in Atteridgeville on Saturday.
