Facing an unbeaten German boxer in a hostile environment away in Germany neither scares nor bothers reigning South African super-middleweight champion Asemahle ‘Predator’ Wellem.
Wellem collides with German opponent Fedor Michel in a fight, which pits two unbeaten boxers against each other, at Showpalast in Munich, Germany, on Saturday, 25 November.
“We don’t have a problem in going to Germany because we are not scared of our opponent,” a confident Chintsa-born Wellem said.
This duel between the two boxers is going to be held in 22-year-old Michel’s backyard in Munich and Wellem is not bothered by that.
“I know he can box well and is good. We’ve got a plan for him and we don’t have a problem in fighting against him in Munich. It’s gonna be me, him and the referee inside the ring,” said Wellem.
Both Wellem and Michel will be involved in their third fight this year. Wellem won both his fights on points while Michel stopped his opponents.
The World Boxing Foundation (WBF) Intercontinental super-middleweight champion has won all his seven fights with three of his wins being knockouts. Michel, meanwhile, is unbeaten in nine bouts and he stopped five of his victims.
