Lamontville Golden Arrows confirmed the signing of former Moroka Swallows defender Keenan Phillips early on Saturday morning.
The 24-year-old defender reunited with Arrows coach Steve Komphela, who coached him at the Dube Birds last season.
Cape Town-born Phillips, a former South African national Under-20 star, has played for Swallows, SuperSport United and Bidvest Wits.
