Royal AM continued with their rebellion as they failed to pitch for a second successive home PSL promotion/relegation play-offs match at the Chatsworth Stadium in Durban on Thursday afternoon.
Royal AM pulled a similar stunt on Tuesday when they were due to face Chippa United at the same venue.
Natal Rich Boyz players took the field as they were the only team at the stadium.
Match referee Victor Hlungwani, his two assistants Sibusiso Sisilana and Bongani Mngunu were ready to do their job. However, it was never to be as they returned to the dressing rooms without a sweat.
Royal AM bosses are still angry after their court bid to interdict the play-offs failed. They are still fighting against Sekhukhune United’s automatic promotion from the GladAfrica Championship to the Premier Division.
Arbitrator Hilton Epstein awarded Sekhukhune United three points after Polokwane City had failed to have five Under-23 South African players in their match day squad earlier this year.
