Chippa United were held to a 1-1 draw by Polokwane City in a Betway Premiership match at the Buffalo City Stadium in KuGompo City on Saturday evening.
The Chilli Boys led 1-0 at interval courtesy of Gadinkame Malebogo Modise’s goal, which came after he was put through by Sinoxolo Kwayiba. Rise and Shine equalised through Ndamulelo Maphangule from the penalty spot four minutes from full-time.
Meanwhile, a late goal from Bright Ndlovu gave Sekhukhune United a 1-0 win over Magesi FC at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane earlier.
