Marumo Gallants, who play their home matches at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace in Phokeng, Rustenburg, announced on Wednesday afternoon that they had given their coach Phuti Mohafe and his assistant Musa Bilankulu the boot.
Under Mohafe, 15th-placed Gallants have drawn twice and lost three matches. Mohafe joined Gallants from Polokwane City before the beginning of the season.
With Mohafe gone, Gallants also announced that their second assistant, Trevor Mathiane, as the club’s interim coach.
Meanwhile, Gallants also announced the signing of Daniel Msendami and Abdoulaye Mariko, who joined the team from Betway Premiership champions, Orlando Pirates.
