Lusanda ‘Mexican’ Komanisi has a date with highly-regarded and unbeaten Nigerian boxer Riliwan ‘Real One’ Oladosu.
The two boxers are scheduled to fight in a World Boxing Association (WBA) Pan-African lightweight title contest on Sunday, 12 December.
“Yes, he’s going to fight against the Nigerian for the WBA Pan-African lightweight title. We wanted (Tshifhiwa) Munyai, but he told us that he will only be ready next year,” Happy Tewo of Tewo Promotions confirmed.
Oladosu is a West African Boxing Union (WABU) lightweight champion, who also had the World Boxing Federation (WBF) Intercontinental junior-lightweight belt strapped around his waist in April this year after he stopped Ghanaian Emmanuel Quartey in the ninth round.
The 29-year-old Oladosu from Lagos has won all his 16 fights with eight of them being stoppages.
