Bruce Bvuma has a very good reason to be happy with Kaizer Chiefs playing in the CAF Champions League final.
The Chiefs goalkeeper was in top form and made stunning saves when Amakhosi beat Moroccan side Wydad Athletic Club 1-0 on aggregate in the semi-finals.
Chiefs are now going to meet defending champions Al Ahly from Egypt in the final scheduled for Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, Morocco, on Saturday, 17 July.
“I’m very happy we are in the final of the Champions League. I’m happy to be part of the team playing in the final,” the 26-year-old Bvuma said.
“This is good for my career. Every player wants to play in the Champions League final. I hope we win it.”
The Soweto giants defied all the odds to reach their first ever Champions League final.
