Percy Tau wishes to cap his stay at Al Ahly by winning trophies as he has just started life at the Egyptian giants.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion attacking midfielder began training with his new Al Ahly teammates this week preparing for the 2021/22 season.
“My ambition here is limitless. Al Ahly is the biggest club in Africa,” the Bafana Bafana star said.
Tau has teamed up with Pitso Mosimane, his former coach at Mamelodi Sundowns, at Africa’s Team of the Century. And he reckons that joining the Red Devils is a start of good things.
“This transition is the beginning of a great chapter in my life. I seek to crown the Champions League with Al Ahly. I want to make good history and memories,” Tau remarked.
The 27-year-old Tau from Emalahleni in Mpumalanga joined the Red Devils on a four-year contract last month.
