Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has announced a 34-member preliminary squad for back-to-back 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Ethiopia next month.
The 69-year-old former Cameroon coach is going to cut the squad to 23 players on Saturday.
Bafana Bafana face the Ethiopians away on Saturday, 9 October and then at home two days later.
Broos has included in-form Jesse Donn from SuperSport United as well as Cape Town City’s Terrence Mashego and his teammate Mduduzi Mdantsane. Orlando Pirates striker Tshegofatso Mabasa is also in the preliminary squad.
