Hugo Broos has named a 36-member provisional Bafana Bafana squad ahead of the South African senior men’s national team’s 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe and Ghana next month. 

The Bafana Bafana coach is going to cut the squad to 23 players on Monday next week. Broos’ boys face Zimbabwe at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 11 November and then clash with Ghana’s Black Stars away in Cape Coast three days later. 

Meanwhile, in-form Keagan Dolly from Kaizer Chiefs is in the squad so is Baroka FC goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke.
